ARRIVALS

We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive in New York City

on the morning or early afternoon of Friday, August 22, 2025.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel into New York City. Once you arrive, we will take care of the rest. Ground transportation throughout the weekend, including airport or train transfers, and luxurious accommodations have been arranged on your behalf.

The weekend’s festivities will begin with a special Arrival Event at the Baccarat Hotel on Friday evening and culminate in the Black Tie Birthday Gala on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
